QC1™ Cleaner PD

The Martin® QC1™ Cleaner PD features a curved one-piece urethane blade for long belt scraper life and quick-change blade replacement.

  • Sturdy mainframe - 2.875 in (73 mm) OD Schedule 80 steel pipe stands up to rugged conditions, large pulleys and heavy material loads
  • The high-volume blade of the Martin® QC1™ Cleaner PD features 20 percent more urethane than competitive cleaners.  Its “CARP” Constant Angle Radial Pressure profile means the blade maintains the most efficient cleaning angle across the extended wear life.
  • Durable and rugged spring tensioner maintains cleaning pressure, yet allows easy re-tensioning with minimal downtime
  • Saves money at purchase; saves money by reducing the need for maintenance; saves money in blade replacement too

Applications:

  • The QC1™ Cleaner PD is suited for light to heavy-duty applications, on belts from 18 to 84 inches (~450 to 1800 mm) operating at speeds up to 900 fpm (4.6 m/sec)
  • The QC1™ Cleaner PD is suited for head pulley diameters from 18 to 22 inches (~450 to 550 mm)
  • QC1™ Cleaner PD blades are available to match the width of the conveyed material, with Belt Width Less 8 inches (200 mm) as standard

Options:

  • Martin Engineering’s color-coded high performance urethanes available to suit application
  • Martin® Twist™ Tensioner also available
  • Blades can be segments or slits
