O2 Cleaner

The Martin® O2 Secondary Cleaner holds tungsten carbide blade tips at "paint-scraper" angle for maximum cleaning of conveyor belt carryback. Material slides off blade shields without buildup and flexing blade holders deflect tip to allow splice passage.

Applications:

  • The Martin® O2 Conveyor Belt Cleaner is suited for medium-duty applications, on belts from 30 to 96 inches (~750 to 2400 mm) operating at speeds up to 1200 fpm (6.1 m/sec)

Options:

  • Available with wear carbide with polyethylene deflector blades or wear carbide with Teflon deflector blades
  • Optional double blade/double mainframe on single mount provides maximum cleaning efficiency with minimal hardware
  • Spray nozzle improves cleaning efficiency with the application of water to the belt
  • Martin® Torsion Mount Tensioner or Solid Mount Tensioner available
